Roles & Responsibilities :

1. Plan, Maintain and update Sales Pipeline on regular basis.

2. Do cold calling as per the Sales funnel and New Lead Achieve growth and hit sales

targets.

3. Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer

base and ensure it’s strong presence

4. Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with

them and understanding their needs

5. Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts

6. Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products

and competition status

7. Do extensive Competitor analysis

Key Competencies :

1. Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager,

consistently meeting or exceeding targets

2. Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and

effectively at all levels of the organization

3. Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close

4. Strong business sense and industry expertise

5. Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
