Minimum Qualifications :                  

Graduate in any discipline

Preferred Qualifications: 

Post-Graduate/ Computer course (knowledge of working on Excel and CRM

Preferred Competencies:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Prepare quotes for Service Division

Order Processing

CRM Updates

Outstanding payment collection

Communication with internal team for services related activities

Verbal/written communication with customers

 Job Role :

To prepare the quotes for AMC, CMC, SCA (Spares/Consumables and Accessories) on daily basis

Processing Service and SCA orders on daily basis

Updating customer and instrument data in CRM

Entering the payment receipt on daily basis in service software (Focus)

To communicate with customers for following up the orders, commercial clarifications, outstanding payments, dispatch schedules

Sending PIR (Pre installation requisites) to customers in coordination with technical expert

To send Proforma Invoice and Tax Invoice to customers

To communicate with internal backend team (Stores/Warehouse/Accounts) for order and dispatch related updates

To assign the calls to engineers as directed by Service Managers

Email communication with internal and external customers

Daily backend support to branch service team
