Responsibilities Required

 Should have hands on experience in managing AD, Azure, Exchange, O365, VMware, Patch Management, backup


 Excellent problem-solving skills and thorough knowledge of server /cloud administration/ VMware Architecture.

Maintains servers/ end point systems Security.

 Administer and support core Microsoft, Open Source and VMware technologies. Administration for computer

management systems and active directory group policy. 

 Servers Logs Review on Monthly Basis and Audit Report Preparedness

 Develop and implement project plans, risk assessments and contingency plans for Servers and Workstations.

Plan/ Review. Implementation of Patch Management on Regular basis.

 Define and document best practices and support procedures and make sure all the SOPs of Servers and

applications should be updated on regular basis and Perform other duties as assigned by Manager

Ensuring ownership of the support ticket from the time its report till the closure and maintain SLA. Ensure high

availability and acceptable levels of performance of mission critical server/host computer resources.

 Should be self-driven and requires minimum oversight from the Manager.

 Should have Very good written and spoken communication skills.

 Should have knowledge of incident management/ Change Management 

 Should be willing to work in shifts ( US business Hours)

 Should be willing to support after hours and on weekends and holidays in case of any support issues get

reported over the weekend.



A Bachelor’s Degree or higher level degree is strongly preferred.
